Terms of Service

Ball Knowers is a free fantasy-football trivia, dynasty-tools, and casual game site. By using it you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you sign in, you’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens under it.

Tokens used in Ball Knowers are virtual, free, and exist only inside the site. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, redeemed, or cashed out, and we may adjust, expire, or reset token balances at any time (for example to fix bugs or address abuse). The casino-style games (Plinko, Euchre, etc.) are entertainment using virtual currency and are not gambling.

Don’t use the site to:

• Harass, threaten, or post hateful or sexually explicit content in chat.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, run bots, or manipulate votes / leaderboards / token balances.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or hammer our APIs in a way that degrades the service.
• Impersonate someone else or pretend to be affiliated with us when you’re not.
• Violate any law or third-party right.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules without notice.

You keep ownership of anything you post (chat messages, display name, etc.). By posting you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the site (for example showing your chat message to other users).

We integrate with Google (sign-in) and Sleeper (public API for league data). When you use those integrations you’re also agreeing to the respective provider’s terms. We’re not responsible for outages or data issues on third-party services.

Ball Knowers is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Rankings, valuations, and game outputs are for entertainment — don’t treat them as professional advice. Sleeper, the NFL, and individual teams / players are not affiliated with or endorsing Ball Knowers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ball Knowers and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for direct damages is limited to USD $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the U.S. state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of Ball Knowers will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
